Most clients train 1–2 sessions per week, with flexibility based on their needs and schedule.

HSA / FSA PAYMENT NOTICE
We accept HSA and FSA cards as a form of payment.
Eligibility for HSA or FSA reimbursement varies by plan and provider. Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility with their insurance carrier or HSA/FSA administrator prior to purchase.
If a purchase is later determined to be non-compliant by your provider, repayment to the HSA or FSA may be required.
Itemized receipts and session descriptions are available upon request. Eligibility determination and compliance remain the responsibility of the cardholder.
